The exterior remodel on this home in Garland, Texas includes demo and replacement of roof. Around 15 squares of roof were replaced with an architectural asphalt shingle. All windows were replaced with new and more efficient windows. All wood siding was demolished and replaced with Hardie cement siding. The all-new siding and trim was painting for the entirety of the home.
